// custom software development

Custom software development for companies

When off-the-shelf software doesn't fit your operation, we build it: management systems, process automation, internal dashboards and mission-critical tools. We design it, develop it and leave it running in production, nearshore from Santiago, Chile, for companies in the Americas and Europe.

// what we solve

What we solve

Typical problems that land on our desk. If yours looks like one of these, let's talk.

Processes living in spreadsheets

Orders, inventory or production tracked in Excel and email. A system of your own centralizes the operation, removes typing errors and keeps a trace of every movement.

Off-the-shelf software that doesn't fit

A generic ERP or CRM forces you to adapt your way of working to the tool. Custom development does the opposite: it adapts to your operation and grows with it.

Legacy systems nobody wants to touch

An internal application from years ago is still critical, but slow, insecure or impossible to change. We replace it in stages, without stopping the operation.

Mission-critical tools

Control panels, customer or supplier portals and approval workflows that have to run 24/7, with backups and controlled access.

Frequently asked questions about custom software

What is the difference between custom and off-the-shelf software?

Off-the-shelf software solves a generic problem and charges per license; you adapt to it. Custom software is built around your operation, belongs to you and evolves with your business. It pays off when the process is your competitive advantage or when no standard tool fits without forcing the operation.

How long does a custom system take?

It depends on the scope. A first working version usually takes weeks; a full system, a few months. We work in stages with verifiable milestones, so you use parts of the system before everything is finished.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code and repositories are in your name, with documentation and a full handover. No lock-in with us or with a stack.

What happens after launch?

The system goes into operation with monitoring, backups and a service-level agreement (SLA) for maintenance and continuous improvement. You can continue with us or with your own team: the handover is included.
