System integrations, APIs and ERP

Your systems don't talk to each other and data gets copied by hand. We connect payments, e-invoicing, ERPs such as SAP or Oracle, CRMs and internal platforms with secure, documented integrations, nearshore from Santiago, Chile, for companies in the Americas and Europe.

// what we solve

What we solve

Symptoms of disconnected systems. If you recognize one, let's talk.

Duplicate data across systems

Sales in one platform, stock in another and accounting in the ERP. An integration keeps them in sync and removes double entry and its errors.

Payments and e-invoicing

Online payments through gateways and electronic invoicing connected to your sales system, including Chile's SII e-invoicing for companies operating here.

Corporate ERPs: SAP, Oracle and others

Exchange of orders, inventory, customer master data and documents with your ERP or your clients', respecting their rules and formats.

Systems without an API

Legacy applications, flat files or portals with no programmable interface. We build the bridge: scheduled imports, portal automation or an API of your own on top of the system.

// what's included

What an integration with Byteploy includes

  • Map of systems, data and owners: what syncs, in which direction and how often.
  • Integration design: APIs, webhooks, message queues or scheduled jobs, as the case requires.
  • Error handling, retries and alerts so no transaction is lost silently.
  • Security: credentials out of the code, least-privilege access and encryption in transit.
  • Testing in each provider's certification environment before going to production.
  • Technical documentation, monitoring and support under service-level agreements (SLA).

// technology and guarantees

Integrations that don't fail silently

An integration is code that runs while nobody is watching. That's why we design for idempotency, log every transaction and raise alerts, and we pick the technology based on the systems that need connecting, not the other way around.

Frequently asked questions about integrations

Which systems can you integrate?

Payment gateways, e-invoicing, ERPs such as SAP or Oracle, CRMs, e-commerce platforms, logistics services and any system with an API, a database or exchange files. If there is a way to get data in or out, it can be integrated.

What if my legacy system has no API?

There are alternatives: reading its database directly, scheduled file imports, automating its interface or building an API of your own on top. We evaluate which is safest and most maintainable for your case.

How do you protect the data?

Credentials kept out of the code and rotatable, least-privilege access, encryption in transit and an audit log of every operation. Integrations are tested in certification environments before touching production.

Who maintains the integration when a provider changes its API?

Under a service-level agreement (SLA) we monitor the integration, apply provider changes and respond to alerts. If you would rather maintain it with your team, we deliver the documentation and a full handover.
